You need to take care of your MENTAL HEALTH first if you want to ace your exams !

Do not take it lightly if you have a short attention span and are not able to focus, if you are facing anxiety due to extreme pressure, if you are forgetting what you are learning, if you have developed irregular sleeping and eating patterns, you have an extreme fear of failure, and if you are too active sometimes and too blue at other times such that you procrastinate your prep.

AND NO, IT’S NOT “NORMAL”!
